Firstly, its all about a proper conversation!
You can email in order to help us understand your needs and this is always in the strictest of confidence and all highly confidential under strict GDPR. It means we will already have a clear understanding of your needs when we speak. You can email Tony (below) who takes care of all our initial enquiries and he will pass it to a specialist who really will understand exactly what you are looking for.
You are also welcome to call us. We do not employ people just to answer phones so if we are busy with clients then you will be asked to leave a confidential message with your name and number. Please feel comfortable in doing so. These messages only go to our specialist consultants, and not to other members of staff. We will usually call you back within half an hour. We are a very small team and you can trust us.
We will not, and never have, employed a sales person! We are a small but busy company who value every client, and you will only ever deal with a professional.
After speaking and understanding your needs, we will send you a quote on email, making everything clear and transparent. If you decide to proceed then we ask you to sign our terms letter and scan this this back to us.
We will then get to work for you.
Your first port of call is to call us or email us. We can get very busy at times so an email is always useful. We stay clear of application forms. We want to have a conversation with you about your needs.
