WSP Capital is our in-house principal lender, providing bespoke bridging finance across a broad range of real estate transactions.

WSP represents over five decades of experience and execution in bridging and structured property finance.

We do not have underwriters. We have directors who make reliable lending decisions. Once approved, we act decisively to support the client through to a swift completion.

Up to 75% LTV

WSP can provide finance using multiple properties and up to 75% loan-to-value.

1st & 2nd Charge

WSP can lend on properties using a combination of 1st and 2nd charges.

All Asset Classes Welcome

If the property is located in England or Wales, we will lend on it.
