Our USP is our ability to structure loans directly with our lending partners. As a co-principal lenders, we make credit decisions directly through our underwriting team, without relying on rigid product matrices or automated criteria.

What is Bridging Finance?
Bridging finance is short-term funding built for speed and designed to facilitate transactions where flexibility and certainty of execution are essential.
It is commonly used to support acquisitions, refinancing and unlocking of capital. It is also used for transitional situations, including properties requiring repositioning, stabilisation or legal / structural resolution.
Our approach reflects the origins of bridging finance as a specialist discipline: judgement-led, asset-backed and commercially pragmatic.
What We Do
Our model is deliberately dynamic and built around one principle: the right outcome for the client. We start with the solution required and structure the funding around it — even when that means placing a transaction away from our own balance sheet.
Through our in-house lender, WSP Capital, and our wider lender network, we deploy capital only where it genuinely adds value. If another lender is better suited, we will recommend them, even if it means losing the transaction.
That discipline is precisely what allows us to deliver the strongest terms and the right structure for every client.
