We also offer gearing facilities in partnership with selected partner lenders. This is for larger or more sophisticated loans that need to ensure they offer quickly, discretely, without fuss and without passing around the lender market place. We can provide a first loss investment to selected senior lending partners on loans they may not lend on had we not partnered. Borrowers are then offered a blended rate, always sensibly priced.
