We first started to offer buy to let in early 2024 as a result of listening to the frustrations of our broker clients when dealing with larger packagers.  This has bee a very successful trial period and we are now slowly expanding our panel of lending partners.

Our aim is that you will experience a level of service and communication that has been almost forgotten, with timely approvals, and then fast, professional processing through to completion.  Communication is our weapon along with good recommended solicitors who will act quickly and efficiently.

 

We look forward to rolling this out along side our new bridging loan offering and we invite brokers to register with us.  Unlike the majority of specialist packagers, we will not be working with a large panel, preferring instead to offer a good all round range of products and thus dedicated underwriting with just three or four partners.
