Firstly we package exclusively for WSP Capital Ltd and their various group companies, who are principle lenders. We provide them with all origination from both the intermediary market place and direct clients. Their lending is boutique, exciting and refreshing (see Bridging Loans on this website). Via another avenue, we also lend in Europe and for all continental lending we lend up to £1m with security always on quality completed property, ie holiday homes. LTV is sensible, and case specific.
Secondly, we offer gearing facilities in partnership with selected partner lenders. This is for larger or more sophisticated loans that need to ensure they offer quickly, discretely, without fuss and without touting around the lender market place. We can provide a first loss investment to selected senior lending partners in exchange for an agreement to proceed and borrowers are then offered a blended rate, often highly competitive.
